Eric Chambers, Chief Executive Officer
Eric Chambers brings over two decades of experience investing in and helping to build leading growth companies. As Chief Executive Officer of Sirius Financial Consulting, Eric has helped increase the firm’s global presence and deepened its capital base. He is an integral part of the company’s investment processes and often helps to advise directly on both investment and planning issues for some of Sirius Financial Consulting largest clients.
Eric joined Sirius Financial Consulting in 2014 and has provided oversight during some of the firm’s most significant growth events, such as office openings in Hong Kong and Taipei.
Prior to joining Sirius Financial Consulting in 2014, Eric was a senior accountant with KPMG in the Financial Services division. He holds a B.A. in Business Management from Melbourne Business School and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Melbourne.

Gavin Dolley, Executive Vice President
Gavin Dolley is the Executive Vice President at Sirius Financial Consulting. Gavin joined the firm in 2012 after graduating from Rider University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
In addition to overseeing the portfolio management and trading operations of the firm, his responsibilities as part of the Sirius Financial Consulting’s investment committee include utilizing state-of-the-art technology to analyse investment options and provide Sirius Financial Consulting investment team with solid research on which to base investment decisions.

Martin Chen, Chief Compliance Officer
Martin Chen is the Chief Compliance Officer at Sirius Financial Consulting. Martin has been with Sirius Financial Consulting since 2012 and spends much of his time researching individual stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds. He also provides advice to several Fortune 1000 firms, while providing general investment advice to corporate clients and individuals.
Martin joined Sirius Financial Consulting after graduating from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor degree in Economics with a minor in Political Science.
